Right - I try to announce the fact that they're a PKer before I kill them, unless I need the AP or if they're particularly notorious. If anyone accused me of being a PKer for killing Pathetic Bill, I'd probably kill them for being stupid.

even the DEM's Rouge list isnt perfect
the lesser known PKers if they are smart enough
they will trick people into PKing them by heavily damaging another player (preferable a newbie that doesnt know about screen shots), which infact will make the other player PK them. then a Pic is taken of of the Newbie PKing. Then the Newbie gets added to the Rouge's list thus allowing for the Lesser PKer to legitly PK the Newbie constantly.
