Below is a post I made on the Department of Emergency Management's forum. Asking for their aid, I was inspired by it and would like to share these words with the Blackmore Bastard Brigade in the hopes that it will inspire them to spread the word to all the survivors of Malton to join in the fight. With what we may soon be facing I think we can all agree that it is no longer a battle that we're fighting but an all out war. It is a war that we must be determined to win.
I'm giving the DEM an update of what's going on in Greater Blackmore because we desperately need their help. For the following reasons:
1) A zombie group of about 200 members have coordinated an attack on Nichols Mall today and 40 of them have bashed their way inside one of the corners. They seem intent on ripping through Stanbury Village and then go on to Blackmore. These guys are very coordinated, which makes them very dangerous, and they also use human spies, which shows you how dishonorable they are. If all of Shacknews concentrates their members on the Blackmore Building, we'll be defending against 500 zombies.
2) I've heard reports that the Big Bash is in Randallbank, which is 1 suburb away from Ridleybank. Even if the Big Bash doesn't target the Blackmore Building, it is almost a certainty that spilloff will head over and bolster the horde's numbers even more.
Because of this development, I am asking the Department of Emergency Management to help us defend against the upcoming onslaught. I am asking the DEM to send as many of its members to Blackmore as they possibly can. I am also asking the DEM to ask all of their allies to send all the members they can spare to the Blackmore Building.
I don't know whether or not the Blackmore Building is a priority to the Department of Emergency Management. I don't even know how much the Department is involved with the 5th of November movement, because of the Blackmore falls there is no chance of regaining our territory by that date, which is less than a month away. I do know, however, that the fight going on at the Blackmore isn't just a battle anymore. It's a war.
It's a war at the Blackmore Building. It's a war of survivors trying to keep at bay an enemy that cannot be killed. It's a war of proving that the gloating of the massive hordes in Malton mean nothing when survivors work together for a common cause. It's a war saying that no matter how many zombies batter at our doors, life and liberty in Malton will not be bullied by undead barbarians after our brains.
It doesn't matter that this war is happening at the Blackmore Building. It doesn't even matter that this war is happening in Ridleybank. What matters is that it's happening. And, right now, you've got to ask yourself a simple question: Who do you want to win it? The flesh-eating zombies who freely roam and ravage and terrorize the streets? Or fellow flesh and blood survivors who must huddle together in havens and rely on each other for security and safety against the depredations that haunt Malton?
There's a war in Ridleybank right now. It will soon be the biggest military operation for survivors and zombies both. Don't miss out on it. Come be a part of it. Come be a part of history. History is written by the victors. Come be one of them.
No longer is it the Battle of Blackmore. Now, it's the Ridleybank War. And all of us, not just the Blackmore Bastard Brigade but all of the survivors of Malton need each and everyone of you in the fight.
So come fight with us. Come win with us. And let the zombies know how many survivors refuse to lose against them.
