I've contacted, and received info from BrainZombie of the EF.

We have the jerks of "House of Wax" giving us zombies a bad name and lately
killing everybody (zombs included) then we have the Duke Boys, who shoot
zombies when alive and eat survivors when dead,
one of the Pathetic Bills is running around the area (some of my people are
in contact with him and he helped us out a couple of occations for old times
sake but, here's the twist, he hunts a fake Bill who's been sighted around
the area) Both the real one and the fake aren't especially picky who they
kill of course,
The Warseers will ZK you when you are a zomb no doubt, same goes for USAI,
and Malton Rangers and KEF (You notice the names, they are all called
"something or rather of KEF") they are friends of Davinos apperently. They
won't bother you if you are alive though I think.

I saw the Rangers not too long ago. It was with an alt though, and I can't remember where they were. I killed one of them. I think.
