That happens to be the message you get if one of your other characters has already healed that character. It's called "zerging". This could be the result of using the same computer as someone else, of working too closely with your own alts, or any number of other reasons. Any way you slice it, however, it's still not allowed.

No, because while the two of them were in the same suburb, Captain Leah was doing a supply run in Stickling for the run up to Yagoton, and Sammantha was sitting in the Hitchcock Building and running down to the hospital right down south.
Wait, I'm wrong. Captain was in Shearbank, Sammantha was in Millen Hills. The FAK was not wasted, but I spent two AP trying. No, no one else healed that person before hand, at least not to my knowledge.
Plus, I never saw the guy before.

But I have to add, at this stage it matters not. The guy was in an EHB powered NT.
