The title says it all. The Dead are slowly losing momentum, and the zombies have lost control of two suburbs in Central Malton. Stanbury Village is green ( ), and Ridleybank is yellow ( ). When I say that Ridleybank is a nice, quiet place where you can settle down and raise your kids, it's supposed to be irony. As far as I can tell by scouting, the TRPs in Ridleybank are barricaded, lit, and occupied by survivors, and the boring buildings are merely barricaded and occupied by survivors. We might have to annex Barrvile, soon, simply so we have something to do with all our AP. What is Malton coming to? Thanks to the legendary Cannonball Crew, Phoenix Security Services, the Kilt Store, and the many others who have made all this possible. We Bastards love having you here. That should get their attention...

You have the help of Axes High in Barrville. We'll all be back in the suburb after Ron's funeral. I can let our CO know if you'd like to work with him.

Thanks for the offer. I've seen you guys around a lot, over the years, and it's always an honor to fight with you. We won't turn down anyone who wants to help hold Ridleybank. That being said, it's a mite quiet in the 'bank, just now. Ridleybank is green, and that's absolutely unheard of and wonderful.
We might want to expand the survivor influence even more. I'm thinking turn the last of the RRF's "home suburbs" green by conquering Barrville. Green is the new green. Ha!
It'll also put us in a good position to retake Ackland and show the Dead that they aren't ruining the game half as much as they seem to think. Hell, we *thrive* on adversity in this neck of the woods.

Well, it seems as if everyone and their mother is in Havercroft atm, so you won't be alone. If ya'll feel like taking a field trip, Axes High is helping to retake the mall, and we really could use the help. I swapped my AH alt (who's currently ZKing in Ridleybank) out for my Mossad guy, simply because I NEED GUNS!
I hope we have the honor of working with you some day. Axes High is not nearly what it once was, but we do our part.

Axes High is not nearly what it once was, but we do our part. I know how you feel on that count. It was a sad day when the number of active Bastards dropped below 10, and we vanished from the stats board. The handful of us who are left have reputations that can inspire other survivors in the area to join us in just about any mad scheme we can cook up, but we just don't have the numbers we used to have.

Sad, but true, especially when you consider that some of us have only been around since the 2nd battle of blackmore and some for even less time.

You ever think about forming a bigger, less specific group? Keep Blackmore alive within the group but give your self a chance to recruit from a wider base of people. I was at Blackmore 1 or 2, 1 I think, it it was pretty mighty, but a new player cant buy into all of that. Just an idea of course, but with more numbers you can have more glory and with more glory comes more numbers. Don't go recruiting any potential Rangers though or there'll be trouble!

I sort of agree with skidoo. The whole city is falling apart, and you guys are still running into Blackmoore for... for what exactly?
There's alot of other places that could use your experience and numbers, and Blackmoore is a stationary target. It won't be going anywhere. Plus, it gives you a chance to recruit a bit.

Simple: Right now, Blackmore and Stanbury Village give dead people a place to go. People who died in Ackland or wherever else. They're secure and the RRF are away for the moment (though they are headed back)
They're in Ridleybank and Stanbury for one real simple reason: To try and take on as many refugees as possible, get them back up, and back out into Malton. Obviously when the RRF returns, they will be forced to re-adapt to that always present situation, but until then, they provide a good temporary safe haven to people that may not have anywhere closer to restock. And they'll distract the RRF for a bit when they return as well.

The Bastards have long since evolved beyond suicidal devotion to holding the Blackmore - even if we tend to play zone defense more than the NMC crowd.

Fights... Urge... to leave... AH for... the BBB.
Seriously, you guys rock. If you're ever in need of some Axes, let me know. And I'll do my best to bring you some.
We're a lower-level, mostly inexperienced group, but it seems we've fallen onto the responsibility of supporting a small community in Barrville, and attemting to regain notoriety as a great group once again.

The only reason I don't support you and yours is because you're parading around using the name of a retired group.
I suppose I am a little bias, being one of the first bastards and all, but after what we went through at the first battle, I think I deserve my objectivity.
Still, you're a noble bunch, out to help the whole, and I can respect that. I just wish you'd change your bloody name to stop all the confusion.

I'd say the BBB is a "retired group" in the same sense AH is. It's not a different group, altogether, but it's not *the same* Hell, AH used to be Glorious, but alas, fell upon hard times, and now, I don't think we have a single member who ever fought alongside Silver Slayr.
However, we try to keep the legacy going best as we can. And Barrville needs an Axes High, and Ridleybank needs the Blackmore Bastard Brigade.

I was one of the originals inside Blackmore as well, and I fully support you remaining crazy Bastards, in spirit if not in physical form. However, I've been sufficiently intrigued, and I will be stopping by Blackmore.
"Be there or be square" I was told. In the interests of maintaining my natural shape, I'll be there.
