Yeah, I'm swaying there too. Have like 8 needles on me and almost 30 AP. Also, I'm feeling increasingly sorry for this Cockfucktus guy. If he spends a considerable amount of his day coordinating his 30 alts all by himself, his RL must be pretty sad. In early 2009, the PKA/ZHU/assorted BHers and the MOB griefed him so hard that he had over 100 alts (120 maybe?) that he was using to try and keep himself alive/soak our ammo and AP. Guy has a LOT of time on his hands. I have a lot of needles which I need to get rid of, and will man the revive point.

Yes, winka was even more awesome than I thought she was. Thanks for posting Marcel.
Also Jeth, I agree with Marcel. prudence was clearly monitoring this forum, otherwise he wouldn't have known you suggested killing him. He would only do that if he was there for the memorial.
I revived three of ours at the RP and then went to Quartly to regenerate AP. Two remain there, I can go back in a few hours to revive them.
Access point is through Philpotts Towers in case you're wondering.

urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=1271340 this lovely person is in the quartly. I have him in my black list (space I keep for people who pk'd me who didn't go idle), but I guess he could be here for non-pk'ing reasons. But just sayin' you do know thats my alt right??

Not really before reading this thread perhaps I knew it back in the day, probably not, but it's been way too long since I last played this game properly and I think I'll go back to my lurking days soon enough

By request of Marcel, I have began setting up a wikipage in dedication of Winka. wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/New_Malton_Colossus/The_Winka_MemorialI need help, though. If any Rangers have any information about Winka's contributions, please help me fill out the About Winka section. This is only a basic setup. It'll need a bit of work, of course. Until then, it should be good to go for editing and posting our farewells and stuff there.

Also, I'm working with Aichon in order to make the page look more presentable. Can someone tell me what the Malton Rangers' group colors are?

The page looks great. I hope everyone drops by and signs it. I will write something for the page later today. Winka had many exploits with other groups of which I am unaware, so I hope those who knew her in other guises will also post something.

I've put up a bit of a post but will need to tidy it up a little - my old laptop is missing a few wiki useful keys.

Through out our lives, we meet thousands of people. Most are forgotten, a few affect us in ways that will forever change our lives, but some, some bring us joy in little, momentary ways that are savored even though they might not cherished. Some people are friends that stick around, year after year. We may not say good bye every time we leave. We may not give them a hug every time we part, but they know why. It's because that's not the type of friend they are. They are the friends who are our friends when we want them to be, are our friends when, sometimes, we need them to be. They don't ask anything more in return, because they know we don't ask anything more in return from them. But no matter, because they are our friends. We love them, immensely, even if we never say it. And we know that they love us.
Winka was always there for everyone, not just Rangers, or members of the NMC. She was there for every person who played the game or came on the forums. Winka was everyone's friend. It is odd to think that when I come back here after long periods of absence that I won't see her posts anymore. It is odder still to realize that this is affecting me, and all of us, so greatly for someone many of us had never even seen face to face. But we all feel the loss because we knew winka as, well, winka. And winka was one of the most wonderful people any of us ever met in Malton. So a glass of beer for 2win and a glass of scotch for winkalt. You will be missed.
