A warning left on our 'On Tour' wiki: "I would rather we didn't fight but if you remove the Barricades at Downing Library, we may attack you at our own discretion and without warning. Puustrian 06:34, 16 August 2007 (BST) " Puustrian = www.urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=931469

I scouted the area. The library has one occupant, not affiliated with this group, and it has no wiki. I am simply stunned that something they are willing to threaten us over wouldn't even have a wiki...

You've got allies in murderous places. If anybody should try to disrupt your festivities of education and song-mongering, I'm certain that a few knights would be more than happy to assist you.
Interestingly, we've also had a few problems with a group which has a name begining with the word "Clan".

well they have total of 9 members. at least the SAS recon saw that would just get their assed kicked if it came down to violence. i say we be the better group. do our thing and if they attack us. it's their loss. and plenty of people would take up our cause. i offered them to suggest another library in the suburb there are three. i chose all the stops at random. (closest to a pub or club) we still have four more days before we move. DT thank you for your support but i wish you would have waited for their response before threating them with more violence. we of course would prefer for them to join in on the party. and maybe show them a different style of game play. so far we haven't really been attacked once so for all those nay sayers about open air. it works people. talk to the zombies, they talk back. shoot the zombies and they attack. if i had to break though barricades just to return a book I would be pissed off and eat your brains also.

I attempted to be conciliatory in response. A wise man once said, "A soft answer turneth away wrath, but harsh words stir up anger." If we can sooth Puustrian's fears, perhaps we can come to a mutual understanding.
The unspoken part of my response is: if he shoots any of our librarians, all my shotguns will be pointed at his group, and Sirkus will start acting more like Vandr.

Er... Apparently that particular library is their HQ, however, We tend to abandon it as it gets overwhelmed easily I don't think they would have any problems with any of the other libraries, so if you moved there, we could all avoid any hostilities. (Besides, a library farther north follows that lovely heart pattern better!)

I am getting so tired of people claiming a dozen fething headquarters. Here is a direct quote from their wiki:
They want the school, not the library. I've searched the wiki, nobody other than us has posted anything about this hotly contested library.

I've searched the wiki, nobody other than us has posted anything about this hotly contested library. Dude. This is Reganbank we're talking about. There was a time when you could count non-DEM survivors in the suburb on one hand, and even with them, it was ~10 total. (At least one was a PKer, usually) I've been here since December last year, and this is the most active I've ever seen it. Unlike Dulston, (A few months ago when it was Caiger Mk II) where every time the 'cades went down or there was a zombie outside, the survivors would fire up the Klaxon and EHB every building in the 3 block radius, and then post some epic description on the wiki about it all, in Reganbank... When the zombies outnumber you 3:1, things like that don't get talked about much. That library fell again. So what? 5 other buildings fell the same night, and the hospital is in the middle of another breach. I don't blame CHT for having a few HQs, it makes sense to have a few in this place as fall-back points.

we shall see. they still need to retract that threat, and apologize for it. this still goes against our free info campaign. yes they did suggest another library. but thats not the point also if they attack us i guess we will posting all 9 of their members on the DEM Cheeto tool.
fred can you get in the irc sometime today? or contact me on AIM

For a newbie group why did they pick an extra hard suburb ? Wait, they've overbarricaded a designated entry point edit: I just walked outside through Reaganbank, there are ZERO zombies. The only threat was the THREE overbarricaded entry points I saw. Have they apologized for the threat yet ? new edit: On tour Wiki updated. wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/Quartly_Study_Group_On_TourYep, all three baby !
