Heya Team,
Last I saw there were only 6 or so zeds in Blackmore and the place was free of bodies. If someone could paint over the tag that says it's a rez point then I bet the corpses would get out of there.
I know that we've got at least 3 in Nichols right now, myself and two others.
I think it's time we got the building back. I'm full up on ammo and FAKs, but we'll need someone with a gen, gas and a radio so we can get back-up fast..
Waddya say?

Make your way to Nichols then and meet up with Gregory and me! Get a kilt while you're at it! For some reason, I read that as "Get kilt while you're at it." I'm all for going back to the Blackmore, but Nichols is our most convenient supply point, and it's under siege, at the moment. More importantly, there are a lot of survivors there who might be willing to participate in this event, provided Nichols gets kind of boring. If we drag a good chunk of the mall's population into Ridleybank when Nichols is facing daily break-ins, it will NOT make us look like the good guys, here. I'm afraid we really need to stabilize the Village before we go to the Blackmore. Taking the Blackmore away from 6 zeds might be a cakewalk, but as soon as the lights are on in there, the trick will be (as it has always been) holding it against the angry mobs that will arrive to take it away from us. We can't do that if everyone in the SSZ is looking for a revive in the wake of the annihilation of the local malls. I feel like Malton is still kind of reeling from LUE's assault. For now, though, we might want to organize the men and women of the Spade who are hanging out in Nichols (and elsewhere) and bring them here so we can organize this thing right, this time. Having read the RRF's account of the Second Battle of Blackmore, I begin to realize we need to aim our sights a little higher than just the Blackmore.

Like the entire 'burb perhaps? . Well, after LUE leaves Shearbank, I'll most likely be a freelance loser, so I might join in this neat little parade.

Bah. The RRF *knows* we'll be back. They've always known. Hell, we've been back quite a few times already, and on one of those occasions, it took LUE's intervention to evict us. And yes, I realize there are plenty of RRFers who watch (and even participate in) this forum. I may be a Bastard, but I'm not an idiot.

Have you even been in Ridleybank yet?
It's not as bad as you might think.

Personally I'd like to see a battle to rival the glory of the original Battle of Blackmore. Those were the days, when it wasn't called Ridleybank or Stanbury Village or Barrville it was called Greater Blackmore.
But I don't know if we could ever pull off one as great as the first again.

which is why we should find something new to annoy the zombies with.

i remember there was almost like an overnight watch group in the first. thats what we'd now, a few people to sit back and watch the cades, maybe through the chat, so they can react.
with zombies its about coordination, get x amount together to strike now and push forward. survivors cant do that. its more about reaction with survivors. watch, wait, and when it happens get the word out and fast.
